Are you Haddenham, Cambridgeshire?

No, we are in Buckinghamshire!

Where exactly?

Summerfest is held at the Tibbs Road Recreation area, Pegasus Way, Haddenham, Bucks HP17 8FJ. Winterfest is held at Banks Park in the centre of the village by the Village Hall. HP17 8EE

Can I bring my dog?

Unfortunately, for Summerfest, whilst dogs are family friends, they are not allowed on the site. Registered assistance dogs are welcome, though. At Winterfest, we do allow well-behaved dogs, but it is busy, and we just ask you to think of the noise and ask yourself if it is an appropriate environment for your dog.

Can I leave the site and return?

Yes, re-entry is allowed using your festival wristband, which we give you on the day and must be shown in order to be served alcohol.

Can I bring my own booze?

Really?! We have gallons of the stuff for all tastes. There WILL be something you'll like! No alcohol may be brought into the event or taken offsite from the event either - This would be in breach of our licence.

I don’t like beer – is there anything else for me to drink?

Of course! If our choice of beers doesn't do it for you, we have a large selection of Ciders, Gins, Rums, Pimms, Prosecco and Wine as well as a great variety of soft drinks and non-alcoholic alternatives. Plus Mulled Wine and Cider at Winterfest.

Can I bring a picnic?

Yes, food for personal consumption may be brought into the event. We also have a wide range of great food available from our various stallholders including vegetarian and vegan options.

What about chairs or a gazebo?

Summerest - The site will have a limited number of chairs, tables and shade marquees but you are welcome to bring your own chairs. If you want to bring your own gazebo, you must purchase a gazebo permit for £10 in advance. Gazebos must be no larger than 3m x 3m. There will be two gazebo zones – one near the main stage and the other near the Family zone. Labelled (un erected) gazebos may be left in the "left luggage" area at your own risk on Friday 3-6 pm and collected Sunday 9am-12 Noon. Winterfest is a much smaller site and therefore bringing your own gazebos is not allowed.

Are you child friendly?

Yes, very! At Summerest, we have loads for children of all ages to do. There will be organised activities, games and shows throughout the day, especially for young ones. And at Winterfest, whilst there is less space, we always ensure there are activities to keep even the most active of minds and bodies entertained.

Why do I need a ticket for my child under 3?

Under 3s are free, but please get a complimentary ticket so we can manage attendance numbers. All ages count towards our licence limit so need to be accounted for.

Is the site accessible...

For people with additional needs, the site offers level access for wheelchairs and scooters. We also offer accessible toilets. Blue Badge Parking will be available near the entrance. Please contact us at tickets.hbft@gmail.com if you have special requirements

Can I bring my bike?

Cycles can be left at your own risk in the designated area near the entrance.

Where can I park?

We only have parking for Blue Badge holders onsite. We strongly discourage travelling by car; if you don’t live in Haddenham just jump on the X20 bus or the Chiltern train to Haddenham and Thame Parkway and we are a very short walk away in Summer and about 1/2 mile in the Winter. There is a public car park at Haddenham and Thame Parkway station. Any parking near the Event is at the owner’s risk and should be in line with the law. We also ask you to bear in mind that both sites are in residential areas and park with consideration for those who live there.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking in designated areas only. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly in the ashtrays and bins provided.
